Eating yogic

Yoga promotes balance in all parts of our body, mind and spirit, and food plays an important part in nourishing, cleansing and healing our bodies.

Food is also an important part of our physiological and emotional wellbeing. Our attitude and choices around food play an important role in our all round wellness.

A balanced and healthy approach to an everyday, sustainable diet that’s full of goodness, alongside making mindful choices (and the odd indulgence!), is what makes a balanced you, from the inside out.

Here are a few websites, articles and recipes that we love here at the Yoga Loft to help you nourish and take care of your wonderful body!
