Who we are

The Yoga Loft (referred to as "we", "us" or "our") operates the website at https://www.yogaloftstudio.co.uk. We are based at Top Floor, Britannia Building, Coventry Road, Burbage, LE10 2HF.

What we collect

We collect personal data when you:

  • Book a class or workshop through our booking platform (Momence)
  • Email or text us with an enquiry
  • Sign up to receive offers or our newsletter
  • Visit the website (anonymous analytics only)

The data we collect typically includes: your name, email, phone number, payment details (handled by our payment processor), and any health or injury information you choose to share with us so we can teach you safely.

How we use it

  • To confirm and manage your class bookings
  • To contact you about classes you've booked, including cancellations
  • To send marketing communications (only if you opt in)
  • To improve the website and our service

Who we share it with

We share booking and payment data with Momence (our class-booking platform) and with our payment processor. We never sell your data, and we never share it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Object to processing or withdraw consent
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@yogaloftstudio.co.uk. We'll respond within 30 days.

What we count

  • We count page visits anonymously, without cookies. This records which page was viewed, roughly where the visit came from (for example a search or an advert) and whether it was a phone or a computer. It does not identify you.
  • If you send us an enquiry through the contact form, your name, email, phone number and message go to the studio's booking system so we can reply. If you tick the box, we will also email you occasionally about classes and offers.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, they are not loaded.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses minimal cookies. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool that doesn't track you across other sites. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing core site functionality.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members.
