Our inspirations

Yoga teachers remain lifelong students first, to preserve their beginner's mind, deepen their practice, and connect more authentically with the people they guide.

We feel incredibly lucky to have met and been trained and mentored by some of the best yoga teachers, allowing us to pass on the magic of yoga in the traditional and authentic way.

John, Lucy and Sandra have each influenced Kat's teaching and how she passes it on to her own students. Kat continues to study regularly with Lucy and Sandra.
