Classes

The only equipment you need to start yoga is your body and your mind, and we understand it can be a daunting experience. So let us help you find a class you will enjoy, and one you will stick to.

Choose Restorative if you want to relax and stretch deeply, or Vinyasa Flow if you want to sweat and build strength and stamina. Completely new? Start with New to Yoga.

Every class is taught at our studio on the top floor of Britannia Building in Burbage, on the edge of Hinckley, from Monday to Saturday. See the timetable for this week's times.

Who it's for: Anyone who wants a repeated practice to develop a deeper understanding of yoga, and is willing to learn the sequence over time. Not suitable for complete beginners, start with our New to Yoga? class or a Led class before joining Assisted Self-Practice.
