Ten years at the Loft

Kat opened the studio in 2016 to teach yoga traditionally, as it used to be taught in India by our teachers’ teachers. A few moments from the ten years since:

  • 2018: the Muddy Stilettos award.
  • 2019: international teacher Lucy Crawford spent a weekend teaching at the Loft, and we marked our third birthday with a slice of cake and a glass of bubbles.
  • 2023: LuxLife Yoga Studio of the Year.
  • Today: seven teachers, and Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative and beginners classes from Monday to Saturday, alongside our partners’ Pilates, baby and teen classes.

Thank you to everyone who has rolled out a mat with us. Here’s to the next ten years.
