Join us for a morning of peaceful restoration up in the beautiful space of The Yoga Loft. The whole ethos of our Retreat morning is R&R (Rest and Relaxation) to restore the body and mind from the busy 21st Century Lifestyles we lead.
During our Retreat you’ll be introduced to all things Yoga and not just the physical yoga practice as we introduce you to breathing techniques, meditation and nutritious & healthy food and drinks. A typical Retreat runs as follows
